The Final EIR will be considered for certification alongside adoption of the General Plan on September 14, 2026. For meeting information, please visit https://cityofpetaluma.org/meetings/.
As described in the State CEQA Guidelines Section 15132, the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) consists of the DEIR or a revision of the draft, comments and recommendations received on the DEIR either verbatim or in summary, a list of persons, organizations, and public agencies commenting on the DEIR, responses to significant environmental points raised in the review and consultation process, and any other information added by the City of Petaluma.
The City has prepared a Response to Comments (RTC) Document to respond to all environmental issues raised during the public comment period for the DEIR. The DEIR, together with the RTC Document constitutes the FEIR for the General Plan.
