Mark your calendars for our Public Open House prior to the next Climate Action Commission (CAC) meeting:

• October 12, 4:30-6:30pm, City Hall (11 English Street, Petaluma)

Pizza and kid-friendly activities will be provided, sponsored in partnership with Cool Petaluma. Stay afterwards for the CAC meeting and hear the official presentation on the Blueprint.

The Blueprint for Carbon Neutrality (Blueprint) is the plan for our community to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and work towards the bold goal of carbon neutrality by 2030. The Blueprint is the product of Petaluma’s ambitious Climate Emergency Framework and extensive engagement with City staff, the Climate Action Commission, and the community.

City staff looks forward to working with the Petaluma community to ensure that the final draft of the Blueprint for Carbon Neutrality carries the voice of Petaluma and ensures the success of meeting our shared climate goals.
